We offer extensive international experience in designing complex and novel fundraising instruments, including Islamic ones.

Foreign funds:  We advise on the design and organisation of foreign investment funds with an Iran focus.

Foreign investors:  We advise and assist foreign direct and portfolio investors seeking to enter the Iran market, including by developing investment structures, introducing partners, conducting due diligence, performing valuations and producing company, sector or industry research.

Cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A):  We advise domestic businesses on international M&A transactions, both on the sell side and buy side, as well as joint ventures with foreign companies.

Regulatory:  We advise regulatory and supervisory institutions on financial sector and regulatory development as well as international matters.
